We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the eligibility and steps below.
Return Window
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to obtain a return authorization.
Eligibility
- Items must be in original condition. For safety and hygiene, opened or used cleaning/disinfectant products are generally not returnable unless defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- Final-sale or clearly marked clearance items may be non-returnable.
Defective / Wrong Item
If an item is defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Process

- We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank).
Refunds & Shipping Costs
- Original shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. If a return is due to change-of-mind, a return shipping fee may be deducted unless prohibited by law.
- If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we cover reasonable return shipping.
